Challenge
When Minswap approached us, Cardano's DEX landscape was chaotic. SundaeSwap had launched two months earlier but was plagued by failed transactions, network congestion, and frustrated users. The opportunity was clear — but so was the risk: launch too slow or too complex, and the market would move on. The challenge: design a DEX that felt faster, simpler, and more trustworthy than anything on Cardano — and do it with zero marketing budget and no VC backing.

While competitors shipped bloated interfaces, we stripped Minswap to essentials. One clear swap flow. No confusion. Users could complete their first trade in under 60 seconds.
