- Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device info (via analytics).
- Cookies and identifiers: our analytics tool sets none. When you open the scheduler, the scheduling provider may set its own.
- Booking data: name, email, and meeting details you submit to arrange a call.
4. Why we process your data
- Analytics: measure traffic and improve the site.
- Scheduling and communications: handle your booking and follow up.
- Security and troubleshooting: keep the site reliable.
5. Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interests: cookieless analytics, providing the scheduler, and responding to your requests.
- Contract: arranging and holding a call you booked.
7. Data sharing (processors)
We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- PostHog, website analytics.
- Cal.com, calendar scheduling.
- Google (Firebase Hosting), website hosting.
Processors only receive data needed for their service and are bound by data protection terms.
8. International transfers
Where services store data outside Switzerland/EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. Retention
- Analytics events: kept according to our analytics retention setting.
- Booking data: retained as long as needed for meeting coordination and basic records, then deleted or anonymized.

Subject to local law, you can request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection (for analytics), and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
